Community events help enhance engagement and pride within the community. The calendar of community events in the Gladstone region is ever growing.

VOLUNTEER CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT


I agree to work as a volunteer for the Gladstone Regional Council Community Events Team and I understand that I must comply with the Code of Conduct in the Gladstone Regional Council Memorandum of Understanding I will wear official identification and abide by the address code during all activities
I understand that I may seek guidance and advice from the Gladstone Regional Council Community Events team
I will treat people with respect and dignity regardless of age, gender, religion, affiliation, sexual orientation and/or personal circumstance
I understand that any act of verbal, emotional, opinion or physical abuse or harassment is unacceptable and will be treated seriously in accordance with Gladstone Regional Council rules of conduct
I understand that I will not approach any Show Producers/Managers/Actors offering my opinion or my personal suggestions
I will follow the event’s safety requirements and procedures in case of emergency
By submitting this form, this agreement is a record of my willingness to obey the rules outlined above
