The Band Leader/Musical Director will conduct a 1.5hour participatory workshop for local musicians. The workshop will be run in connection with local schools and music groups with a focus on up-skilling local musicians. Aspiring musicians will learn practical skills from music professionals. They share their musical career journeys, tuition in simple music theory practice & will talk about the non-musical skill sets required in the industry.
