Ready to give your kids an unforgettable school holiday experience? Festival of Summer 2025 is just around the corner — kicking off on Monday, 13 January to Friday, 17 January!
Visiting GECC
Stretch & strengthen the body and mind with yoga and art.
Kick things off with a 45-minute yoga flow! It’s all about core strength and balance. Listen to your body, move at your own pace, and enjoy the rhythm. Then get creative with a free art collage session! You'll have cut outs, colourful paper, and materials to create a piece of art that reflects your passions and dreams to design a vision board. It’s the perfect way to start the year feeling empowered, connected, and ready to take on whatever comes next!
Please bring: Comfortable clothes and water bottle.

NOTE: Participants booking to attend a Festival of Summer activity must strictly be aged 11 to 17 years old.
An indemnity form must be filled out for each participant attending this activity. Please download the form here and return the completed document via email to communityevents@gladstone.qld.gov.au prior to the activity date. If the indemnity form is not returned in advance the activity provider holds the right to deny participation on the day.
